How to check the flatness of tempered glass?

1.The bow of tempered glass is measured by using a straighten thin steel wire as the reference to check the distance between the glass and the wire for the calculation of the overall bow of the glass.

2.To measure the waviness of tempered glass, lay the tempered glass flat. Place a 300 mm beveled straightedge ruler against the curved area of the glass in the direction perpendicular to the furnace rollers on the bottom surface. Use a feeler gauge to measure the gap between the glass and the ruler.

3.To measure the warp of tempered glass, lay the tempered glass flat. Place a 300 mm beveled straightedge ruler against the edge of the glass in the direction perpendicular to the furnace rollers on the bottom surface. Use a feeler gauge to measure the gap between the glass and the ruler.
